At Greenford Park Homes, we work hard to secure the quiet enjoyment of our parks for all residents. For this reason, the following criteria apply at Ferndale Park.

• The Park caters for adult residents with no pets.
• Children are most welcome to visit, but not to live as residents.
• In order to ensure there is space for residents and visitors, parking for one private motor car per home is provided, with a second by arrangement.
