The royal parkland stretching over six miles from Home Park at Windsor Castle, through Windsor Great Park all the way down to Virginia Water, offers a number of beautiful walks. Many of these routes enable you to drink in either the amazing views of Windsor Castle from the Long Walk, or the majesty of the royal Red Deer Herd.

For less trekking and more exploring: at the southernmost tip of Windsor Great Park, a little further from Ferndale Park, lies Virginia Water, with its spectacular Leptis Magna Ruins.
